The Creek, Vancouver
Just steps from the seawall in Vancouver's Southeast False Creek, The Creek is a vibrant community on one of the city’s last undeveloped waterfront properties. Encompassing six acres, The Creek is a highly connected residential neighbourhood of condominium homes and rental apartments. Waterfront and parkside, with exceptional city and mountain views, The Creek embodies quintessential Vancouver. The final phase, TESORO is now selling and under construction.
Heart of Burquitlam
Located steps to the Burquitlam SkyTrain station of the Evergreen Line, the Heart of Burquitlam is Concert Properties' master-plan created in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver and the City of Coquitlam. This mixed-use urban village includes a YMCA, a 31-storey rental building as well as a landmark 50-storey condominium tower, Myriad. Rounding out this dynamic community, a city park, community policing station, park and ride as well as many outdoor amenity spaces for residents and neighbours to enjoy.
North Harbour, North Vancouver
Spanning half a kilometre of waterfront, North Harbour is positioned along the scenic Spirit Trail and Kings Mill Walk Park with breathtaking views of Burrard Inlet, downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains. The 12-acre master-planned, mixed-use development will transform one of North Vancouver’s final marquee shoreline sites into a remarkable neighbourhood for residents, businesses and visitors. North Harbour will have up to 17 mid-rise buildings that provide a mix of housing types, alongside approximately 290,000 sq.ft. of retail and office space.
The Kip District, Toronto
The Kip District is a transit-oriented master-planned, mixed-use community located in the Etobicoke Centre neighbourhood of Toronto — less than a five-minute walk from the Kipling Subway and GO Stations. Landscaped mews link five modern condominium and rental towers which encircle a lush park, the centerpiece of this contemporary, master-planned community. With The Kip District Phase 2 Condominiums now sold out and completed, planning for Phase 3 is underway.
Cottonwood Avenue, Coquitlam
Concert Properties' second master-planned in Coquitlam will span 5.5 acres and encompass approximately 2,000 homes, including nearly 700 rental homes, within walking distance of the Burquitlam SkyTrain station on the Evergreen Line. Six residential towers will centre around a series of shared indoor and outdoor amenities, including a 22,000-square-foot community amenity building as well as an expanded and improved five-acre Cottonwood Park.
Langara Gardens, Vancouver
Langara Gardens is a 21-acre mixed-use community located on Cambie between Oakridge and South Vancouver. Co-owned by Concert Properties and Peterson Group, Langara Gardens is being re-envisioned as a dynamic new mixed-use neighbourhood comprising over 2,600 new homes with a diversity of housing types.
Capital Park, Victoria
Steps to Victoria's Inner Harbour, Capital Park is a six-acre master-planned community that revitalized an entire city block in the heart of the city. Capital Park encompasses condominium and rental housing, retail, a branch of the Victoria Public Library and office space. Connecting it all are pedestrian-friendly plazas, parkettes, courtyards, water features and pathways. Completed in 2021.
Village Gate West, Toronto
Nestled in peaceful central Etobicoke, this master-planned community is steps to Islington Station. Concert Properties' first master-planned community in Ontario, Village Gate West is situated on 3.7 acres and encompasses almost 1,000 rental and seniors’ homes that overlook a central landscaped plaza. Completed in 2011.
Collingwood Village, Vancouver
Collingwood Village, steps away from Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain station, is an internationally acclaimed 28-acre master-planned community. In addition to condominium homes and rental apartments, Collingwood Village is rich in amenities such as parks and open spaces, children’s play areas, tennis and basketball courts, and Canada’s first community policing station. Vibrant, transit-oriented and located in the heart of East Vancouver, this is a truly complete urban community. Completed in 2006.
Arbutus Walk, Vancouver
Situated in Vancouver’s desirable Kitsilano neighbourhood, the beautiful Arbutus Walk community of condominium and seniors’ homes is just a stone’s throw from the downtown core. Lauded for its absence of tall high-rises and the presence of a pedestrian-friendly human scale, Arbutus Walk has been cited numerous times as a desirable model for urban development. Completed in 2002.
